I’m James
And in October 2023, I launched HeCoachesMenopause, with a simple objective:
To help women rediscover the best versions of themselves despite handling the menopause.

A quickie on who I am so you know how I can be most helpful to you:
Born in Plymouth. Grew up loving all things sport. Did a bit of everything.
Left school and became a car mechanic. Joined the British Army in 2003 and served 10 years, doing tours in Afghanistan as well as playing every sport I could.
I left in 2012 after voluntary redundancy and started my career as a Personal Trainer.
Which basically means every day I wake up and help women make progress towards fat loss, muscle gain and rediscovering themselves.
Just like:
Katie, who dropped 2 dress sizes for her wedding, became healthier, stronger and is now expecting her first baby.
Bella, who was a 16yr old autistic girl, dropped body fat and gained confidence ready for her prom, and now is confident to train on her own in any area of the gym
Claire, lost fat and improved her cardiovascular performance, completing her first 10k and is now still keeping the fat at bay.

From wanting to drop body fat to now stepping on stage at a local bodybuilding show, all while navigating her way through post menopause.
